Work-Life Balance (WLB) has always been a hot topic in the discussion of work life. Perhaps there is a type of work that allows the concept of WLB is easy to be realized. However, most employees felt that the realization of WLB was only a jargon and mere wishful thinking. Especially in an atmosphere of competition, the increasing number of jobs, as well as worsening congestion on the highway. What is so we can balance work life with personal life?

Many companies have made various efforts to realize the WLB. Some may form a taskforce, discussion groups, and even hiring HR consultants, although consultants themselves have not necessarily been able to balance work life with her own personal life. In fact, many of WLB programs that are only good on paper, but not successfully realized in the reality of everyday work. For example, how many hours you play games? How many times have your work interrupted by blackberry? How long 'extension' lunch time? And, if you always arrive on time at the office? If you want to realize the WLB, the effective use of time becomes an absolute necessity, you know.

Undergoing positive personal activities. Personal activities that gift is priceless. That's your right, then use as much as possible. But, should be filled with positive activities. For example, if you overuse a private time for clubbing until 2 am, maybe the next day will not be able to work well. In the long run, surely you will be more drift away. But if your personal time really used to enjoy life with your wife, husband, children, friends and neighbors; then you will find the satisfaction of the needs of mentally, spiritually, and socially healthy. Maturity in holding the mandate. WLB is not a static condition, but a dynamic movement such as scales that go up and down or sway to the left and right.
