Why Pay Taxes?

Because taxes is arising as a consequence of living in a nation. Where there is a state then tax will be there. State requires a source of revenue to finance its expenditures and tax is one of resources.

What are the main components of state spending so it is necessary to collect taxes?

Component of state spending are salaries of civil servants, military and police, expenditures of goods and services, capital expenditure, spending debt or interest, subsidies, social welfare and other purposes. Expenditure was occurred as the consequence, in order to perform the function of the state, public servants serve the society, teachers serve for the educational needs of school-age children, the military state provide security from enemy threads, police maintaining public order and safety. Goods and capital expenditures to maintenance's and provide public facilities, roads, bridges, government buildings, schools etc..

Could the people of a country no longer needed to pay taxes?

Possible, as long as the countries meets its expenditures to manages the state from non-tax resources of funding, for example from its natural resources.

Is there a tax free country?

There is no state in the world that is completely tax-free, 100% free of charges by the state. But there are countries with low tax rates or normally said as a tax heaven country.

Who is benefiting if there is no need to paid taxes?

Those who is take advantage the most of its natural resources and exploited it, and those who use the most of public facilities.

Who is suffering if there is no need to paid taxes?

Are those who do not have the opportunity to participate in economic activities and had no income, without tax  the distribution income equalization is unavailable, and the gap between rich and poor increase.

What is the function of the tax?

Means to share with others humans and creatures, because most of the tax money is used to preserve the nature that has provided benefits in humans and maintaining our society life's in equal manners.
