This is the part that i mostly love in doing non profit jobs. Their is no profit target to it, but your work base on the completion of the task which is made a better life's for others. For some it would be very scared if the contract finish and they don't know where to go afterwards. That's why you must consider to have a private insurances and enough savings.

4. Have a meeting round the clock
Usually people who work in non profit area have to combine different aspect in human being, as their working target was improving other peoples life's. And human being is a complicated systems from head to toe, or else their social organization in different cultures and societies
