A famous university graduated who was recruited five years ago, did not pass when his employer doing an evaluation for supervisor position. This fact makes people realize that after starting work, the question does not adding to their skills and knowledge, whether it's about having a better way to organize, how to know other people, how to supervise subordinates, and many other things that actually exist in plain sight of working. He is already sent to various of training. However, what is he learned in training wasn't trace on his habits, behaviors and skills of work. If such a case occurs in 50-60% of people in the company, it can be said that 'learning' or the formation of 'learning organization' in the company was failed. This is the reality of how to develop a culture of 'learning environment' is a real challenge. There are so many things that are in plain sight, yet invisible, forgotten or never been practiced.

Many leaders complained about the difficulty of changing habits and broaden employee knowledge, as if there was no learning ability to improve. It is often used as a reason for stagnation because they are too busy with daily operations or simply do not have interested. The company's efforts to develop service skills, hear or even keep the 'compliance' is often done to make posters signs of ' do's and 'don'ts' in every corner of the office, but it was not necessarily effective. So, if there are companies who 'claim' that they are a 'learning organization', the company would have to make efforts or habits that are very special, because many other agencies who did not managed to develop this situation, do not even find the 'clue' how to do it.

In this technological era, one can learn with time flexible because it can be done using e-learning, e-books, and e-assessment tested. The world seemed limitless, even we can say that the world is flooded with information and products that we can use to learn. However, we are also very aware that having access to information does not mean the absorption of new knowledge more easily. Still, there are challenges in how individuals will process the information they obtained in order to enrich the knowledge and effective their learning occurs. We also need to remember that the flood of information can cause distraction or disruption in each individual understanding. That's why learning in the classic mantra: "Make it Matter. Make it Simple. Make it Stick" still applies in this learning revolution era.'

The principle of learning was also need to understand that the learning process is individualized. We alone can distinguish between the speed and effectiveness of learning something interesting and uninteresting. People will absorb and put into practice what he had learned when he feels that he learned what it 'means'. This is why there are experts who study the 'experiential learning' in which individuals find their own meaning and 'answer' in his experience, so he could be remained again, with this concept in mind and actions.

Certainly the individuals involved feel enthusiasm in learning conversation group. We can call it as a situation of "learning by not learning". This is not new, since thousands of years ago, people have realized that to learn something from your friends or people we love was much more easier than learning from a 'guru', especially when taught in one direction. The effectiveness of "peer teaching", although it is not a new invention, it seemed more real than other teaching mechanism itself.

If you want to learn effectively, we need to cast a paradigm that we do not know much. Our minds are still filled half of the knowledge, and we still need to absorb new other things. This kind of thinking allows us to form a habit of asking, explore, discuss and even debate, and ultimately learn something new. We also need to eradicate the habit of defensive that obviously symptomatic to reject new things. Individuals like these need to be aware that he was reprimanded defensive.
