Ten Attitude To Have Positive Minds

Positive thinking does not only have a good effect on mood and psychological state of a person, but also for health. But always think positive of course not everyone can do. Sometimes there are reasons to feel pessimistic, anxious, worried. Huffington Post (09/12) gave some tips to always think positive every day.

1. Be grateful
Do not focus on what you lack. Try to remember the good things that belong to you, remember all the good things that ever happened to you. Grateful for life and appreciate what you have is the first rule to always think positive.

2. Choose friends who are supportive
Sometimes, negative thoughts can also be contagious. For that, do not put yourself in the middle of the whiners. Rather, choose friends who always give support, vibrant and positive thinking every day. Sooner or later, you will feel the energy they affect your spirit.

3. Eliminate drama
Have a friend who 'toxic' or always make your life full of drama? Leave them immediately. Being stuck together they could create negative thoughts constantly stuck on you.

4. Take responsibility
Remember, you really can not control what will happen. But you can always control your thoughts, feelings, and actions of your own. So, when bad things happen, you tell yourself: "I am responsible for the feelings and thoughts, and I decided to be happy and strong."

5. Change 'can not' to 'be'
It may take practice, but it obviously can be successful if you apply them diligently. Try to change the structure of your sentences, the negative into a positive. For example: "Why mess my job?" became "The time my work is not satisfactory. But then I could definitely be better." If it continues to be applied, it can change your perception.

6. Do good
Doing good for others can bring big impact for you. Remember when helping others gives a sense of happiness and satisfaction? That feeling can make you feel more positive.

7. Look on the bright side
Every situation always has two sides if you can find it. For that, try to find the positive in every situation. Focus more on the positive side of things will give you great strength in yourself to change things.

8. Break
Everyone needs a break and calm down occasionally. Rest could mean slow steps when walking, thought for a moment about what you've done, and refresh your mind from worry and anxiety.

9. Define the purpose
Being captain for yourself and your own desires is a must. Do not be swayed by the opinions of others about you. Decide what you want to do. Set your own standards. Following a path that you can decide for yourself will give you the confidence is high.

10. Laugh
Whatever happens, do not forget to make themselves laugh. Laugh at humor, funny movie, the jokes that made you or your child. Laugh at yourself. Laughter can relieve stress and remind yourself not to get too serious when there is a problem.

Applying above list diligently will make you a person who always think positive, happy, and full of gratitude.
