Research shows that the relationship with superiors is crucial at home whether or not a subordinate to work in a particular company or work unit. It is no secret anymore if subordinates as though always in the weakest position. In fact, between superior and subordinate is no equality. We think only the supervisor can determine who the person is worthy of being subordinate, whereas subordinates can choose his superiors. Curious?
I must admit that not 100% of people who led me is the people of my choice. But during my professional career, I can confirm that most of my former boss is the people I choose to lead my own. Of course there is science. For those of you who are interested to learn to choose and decide who the boss is right for him
Avoid taking conclusions from first impressions. In the interview, prospective employers are attracted to you naturally try to show the positive impression that you want to join his team. Many people are stuck with the first impression on meeting with a prospective boss. Point of view of some of his men could give you an idea of how prospective employer treats his subordinates, and how the shapes fit the interaction between them. You can estimate what kind of relationship will exist between your prospective boss; by processing the information you get from their subordinates.
Reflect back on your relationship with your boss right now. Many people who are already 'replacing the boss' and then regretted by her new boss who was no better than the old boss had left. Before you decide to look for another boss, think again; whether your relationship with your boss it's so bad now? Is it true that your boss's leadership style was so annoying?
