Empowering People Rather Delegating Task

By definition, 'empowerment' has a meaning far different from the 'delegating'. Of more acute differences from the aspect of its conception. For example, the center of gravity 'delegating' located in 'accomplishing the tasks', while 'empowering' focus on 'people capacity building'. It's easier to delegate tasks rather than empowering people, indeed. Hence, it is easier to invite leaders to delegating rather than empowering. Not too surprisingly, when some people and progressive organizations that have migrated from the conception of 'Human Resources' to the 'Human Capital', we are still so sticky with models that put human beings as objects, not subjects. For those of you who are interested in studying with me for moving to a higher level of leadership practices, I invite you to start by applying 5 Natural Intelligence capabilities following:

Be prepared to change the paradigm. Let's examine the two following situations. My boss said: "Dada, Could you please take care of these stuffs as I have lots of works to do. Thank you ... "This model is usually done by a good boss when they wanted to delegate some of his work to his subordinates are judged competent. On another occasion, my boss facilitate the process of developing my personal capacity until one day I was able to come to him and said: "I am done with all the Things I have to work on, sir. Now, Could you please share some responsibilities on your shoulder to me? "Can you find a difference in the two situations? In your opinion, in situations where a person's level of psychological maturity more explored? It's easy to design the first situation. Meanwhile, to build the capacity of subordinates to be able to enter the level as in the second situation, would need the art of leading high street.

Start a person positioned as subjects, not just objects. One of the characteristics of leadership standard that we often use are: putting the people we lead at positions corresponding to their abilities. Is that correct? Begin to focus on the empowerment of people, not just completing the task. Who knows how many times do we say about the importance of human resources. "We need human!" So every leader shouted. Ironically, we have not really manage them using the principles of 'human being'. So, where in fact the most important for us; 'human' or the completion of our daily tasks? Leaders who successfully complete their duties well are the chosen people. So that next year the company gave them tasks and work more. While the leaders managed to develop a 'human beings' are the ones that rare. So to those companies give additional responsibilities and authority. Their jobs more? No. Why? Because the work is becoming more and more, it has been absorbed by the layers occupied by the 'men' who had successfully empower. You want to be a leader like which one?

Train someone to build the 'Will it', not merely 'his skill'. You should insist that any assignment you give for this is fine. But who can guarantee that people who get the assignment was not grumbling behind you? But surely if there is grumbling, you can simply denounce them as being lazy, haha. In fact, it is very humane if it is done by someone who does not want to do something, but no power to resist. Ancient times, a person who is considered capable enough to get a job transfer. In an age when man turns humanized 'skill' is not enough, without the support of 'Will'. Please refer back to two situations in point # 1 above, and then think: "How to build a human being beyond Their skill by Awakening Their Will?" With questions and a sincere commitment, you will find a way.

Realize that they will lead in a time that we have never experienced it. No matter how great you are in the lead, will not be able to make it permanent leadership role. There are times where we will be replaced by young people. You can imagine if we were to replace those who are the ones who fed to inherit the manner and style of our leadership. In fact, the time when they led the later age is not the same as when we live. Need not be too proud to have a faithful disciple to the leadership principles that we teach them. Why? Because we had never even tasted it seems to lead in their times. So the whole argument we are stating that it is our nostalgic leadership methods that proved reliable; fall by itself. Those whose soul was formed with the style of your division, will probably continue to remain bigoted and imitate you. While those who successfully led his day is the humans who managed to empower themselves. And as a leader, you have the opportunity to contribute to the process of empowering themselves.

In empowering, there is a process for increasing the capacity of an individual to make choices in life; then transform those choices into actions and desired outcomes. Today, I offer the option to make humans as subjects or objects that can still be ordered to-order. To develop a skill or all at once aroused will. To remain faithful to the old models of leadership, or moving to a higher level of leadership practices. The choices are on your hand. Why? Because, I am not Trying to ask you doing Things. Actually I am Providing you more choices to empower yourself, to empower your people. To Make a better future for the world, in the which We Are going to leave.
