Practical Ways to Build a Culture of Learning Unit

As a leader, one of your most important task is; build a learning culture in your work unit. And for the affairs of this one, most likely you will face many challenges and even opposition. You are not alone. One song that I hear most often is a song called "That's your own theories". That was when I was sharing about the concept. Another loud chant titled. Which is when I'm sharing on the implementation I have ever applied. The way we respond to respond to soil science is like rain water. If the land is willing to accept it, then the rain will seep into and nourish. If the land was rejected, then the water is refreshing it would just pass and cause a puddle. One way that I recommend to you try to build a learning culture in your work unit is to make sharing forum 1 time a month. Similar events such as training duration 2 hours followed by ALL the people in your work unit. Who is the speaker? Their own. Let them sweat when first speaking in front of the forum. And let managers listen to the lessons of the staff, because in the forum sharing it; science is positioned higher than the position. Before continuing I need to say that now, I do not do this anymore. Why? Because now I no longer work as a professional employee who has subordinates. Start your commitment as a leader. If you just want to create a learning culture in an individual, you do not need to do anything. However, to build a culture of collective learning and development, you can not let him walk away. Many people think that if the culture of learning is very expensive, time consuming that much, and had to call 'the teachers' specific. Wrong. Learning culture is not built by outsiders but by themselves in your work unit. However, they would never do that if as a leader you do not show the spirit of pioneering. So start by showing your own commitment. Sooner or later, they will follow the rhythm you are playing.

Start with yourself standing in front. Is' human nature 'to say;' you first. "Therefore, at the first meeting, the speaker must be your own. Encourage your senior staff to jointly demonstrate exemplary. One factor in the culture of learning is the destroyer of seniors and managers are reluctant. Allow the junior show her abilities as an original. We often see someone just in the context of the work. My boss and you are my subordinates! But we often forget that there are so many aspects of their lives that we do not know. So in that forum, allow them to share their passion ANY become. From the results of the jury's assessment then we decide who the best speaker. The prize? Several pieces of supermarket vouchers worth several hundred thousand dollars. No budget? If you are a leader who thinks that the culture of learning is important; pulled out some sheets of money from your own wallet will not reduce the comfort you get from the facility and bonuses during the time you enjoy.

There are many ways to build a culture of learning in our work unit. Even if we could invite speakers with label # 1, # 2, # 3 and so on. Anyway, you may not invite a speaker # 2 when all the great speakers use the same label # 1 behind his name, is not it? But I can tell you with absolutely certainty that the Speaker # 1 which in fact it is the people in your own work units.
