Motivation can be regarded as an inducement to do something. Motivation can act as a fuel that gives you the power to realize the dream. Motivation can make ordinary people do tasks outstanding. Different individuals are motivated by different ways. Some people love the respect and gain motivation from it, while others use the money as a motivating factor. Motivation is needed in professional as well as in life.

We may not realize how much motivation techniques that can be used to motivate co-workers, employees, children, ourselves and even our spouse, to make changes or to "walk" in the right direction.   1. Achievement motivation. People with this type of motivation is focused on achieving goals. This motivation form the basis for a good life, motivating dynamic personality and self-respect. People usually set targets that are not too difficult to achieve attainment. By doing this, they make sure to perform tasks they can accomplish.
  2. The motivation of self-improvement. If you do not get motivation from the outside, find motivation from yourself. Self-motivation is the ability to meet the wishes, expectations, or goals without being influenced by others. Self-motivation is important for success in work and personal life. According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, people have human needs arranged in a five-step ladder. Before the higher level of needs is activated, the lower level needs must be met. In descending order, the needs are physiological, safety, social, esteem, and self-actualization.
  3. Extrinsic motivation. Form of motivation manifests itself positively and negatively. Positive motivation appears in the form of a gift or a treat, and can be expressed in a negative sense by way of blackmail or threatening. Extrinsic Motivas applies in both cases and effectively.
  4. Motivation fear. Fear is one of motivation. We "fear" driving on the wrong side of the road. We are afraid to walk too close to the edge of the cliff. We fear of toxic chemicals. This fear motivates us to make good decisions about our safety. But do not let it become a habit that we can control. If we can not fight in a positive way, do creatively.
  5. Motivation investment. It is important to invest yourself physically, emotionally, and financially in a task.
