For most people, the things they do at work seems to go naturally in their work but not so much in their personal lives. Especially when talking about planning. Similarly, the world of work, of course, there is strength in having a plan for yourself, whether it's life, family, health, relationships or hobbies. Maybe a plan how you engage with friends, family, neighbors, colleagues in one event? Or a plan to ensure you get what is really important in your life? Or a plan to make sure you stay on track in pursuit of your personal goals? Many people I know at work I can easily formulate plans for a project or a complex set of tasks in their work, but they do not do the same thing when they think about things in their personal lives.
There's More Life Out of Work
Regardless how people work very hard, I want to highlight the fact that the important things in life covering many areas outside of your job. I often hear people say things like working the most important as spending time one-third of life, in fact the statement is too much! Let's just say we spent an average of 40 hours a week or a total of 12.5 years if we worked for 50 years in life. And if we have the age to 75 years, so that means we work less than 17% of the total life, which also means we have a 50% in other areas of life after deducting the break as much as 33%. 50% of the time it is up to you for your personal use or as a couple, and a lot of people just think the time is too valuable not to make plans.
Planned areas for
Life has so many areas to be explored and these areas deserve to be treated like a job in terms of thought and planning. Areas that I mean where we can set a goal and life planning are:
• Relationships
• Spiritual
• Health
• Emotions
• Financial
• Career
Your area may be different, but make sure you think big picture when making a plan for your life. Think about everything that you think has value and the things you do not want to live in it and make sure these areas are covered in your plan. Think about what is important if this is your last day of life on earth or if you knew you only had one week to live. What would you do? With whom? How do you want to be remembered? Is this your passions in this life or you are looking for purpose and passion in life?
Write the
Did you know that only about 4% of the people who write down their goals and plans for life? It's really scary reality and when you think about it. There are so many people go through life without a written plan. Are you one of them? Write down your goals and make a plan for your goals are. Add it and make a commitment to something a lot more tangible than just a thought or an idea. This will give real substance to the planning and provide a way to review and visualize. The power plan will only be possible if you write and publish.
What We Have In A Plan
The contents of this plan are things that exist in your mind. You can not make plans without taking the time to think carefully and try to understand how you want it run. This is true in your daily work and also applies to life. The only thing you can do very well without a plan are the things you have done over and over again, and learn to do it naturally. This may be what you need to do but for most people, is not a natural act is expected to do in life. For most people, learning new things is a challenge and we all have ideas about what we expect to be better, to do more or do it differently in our lives. It requires change and repeat what we've always done certainly will not lead to change. Look for things that are important to you in every area above. Do not be satisfied with what you have, ask yourself why it is important or what would you get if you achieve it someday, to unearth the real reasons behind each item. You should be able to get the true cause of all your plans and know that they fit into your life purpose. If you do not know what it is, then obviously you need more planning. Many people get frustrated when faced questions about the purpose. Look for things that affect other people and how other people affect you, it is an easy place to start.
Give Space To Change Your Plan
Planning is much easier if you leave some room to grow and change. It is impossible that the plan has not changed for years, and you need to adjust your plan as you learn more about what is important to you. If and how a change towards your goal, then you also have to reassess your plan. There is nothing wrong with changing your plan as changes in life. The more you look at the planning and turn more easily you can adapt to new circumstances and make sure you stay on track. Also, review the plan lets you avoid complacency when you achieve things that have been targeted. Do not stagnate, keep pushing yourself and make sure you add new things to your plan.
My hope is people, especially those reading this article, can write down their goals and make a plan for their lives. This will bring happiness to many people and I know the power of what can be achieved if this is really happening. I know that I will not be able to have everyone take on this challenge, but the people I know who take on this challenge has shown outstanding results and now understand the power of a plan.
